I will check in on TS3 for abit otherwise not much goin on....dont know when I can get to the site - I need to work on FSX/FSINN for Windows 7.
Checking membership and work is very slow but sure folks...I like the idea of VNOAA and we have missed on some good missions this year.

Howdi,
I tried to be on last nite but was having major router issues.
Had more issues tonite but the TS3 server is ok now; it may just take time for it to be setup on meeting nites. I will try to get on earlier to insure the server is up on time.
I am on tonite for about an hour; not sure if I am flying.

Sorry about the TS3 IP changes but at least we now have our own TS3! It will be more than sufficient for awhile!
I am generally around every night EST and will put up TS3 server when I can EST nights. I am not seeing much response; maybe it is because the formal training programs are needed so people can self qualify and fly with purpose (and of course have missions available to fly!
The problem is that we are a VA, not a VSOA, on Vatsim. What this means is this: we need 10-12 active pilots putting in a minimum of 4 hours a month EACH; that a total of 40 hours; we have more that 500 hours available, but more than half may require VSOA status; I can fix that!
We NEED to fly these hours and maintain them for 3 straight months BEFORE we can apply for Vatsim VSOA status; we all need to take the PRC course (it has a 2 year currency).
I dont expect many members because of the training involved; but I will not hand out gorgeous flights to newbies; pilots with proven VSOA experience will lead the troops, unless other pilots can show as good of promise.
This is a QUALITY organization, not QUANTITY ! I am already flying training missions and have logged about 2 hours though much work needs to be done, and I am doing it!
